About Us

Victoria Richardson and Merodee Buechner are both life long Mt. Horeb residents and are now raising their own families here in Mt. Horeb.
Victoria, the Owner of AccountAbility, has over 17 years of accounting experience, with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Her past positions have included Finance Manager and Business Manager for several local multi-million dollar companies.

Merodee, the Staff Accountant, has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Masters of Business Administration. Her past positions have included Industrial Engineer and Operations Manager for Intel Corporation.
